Poured Polyurethane Resin Scratch or Pre Leveler

A two component aromatic polyurethane self smoother (SL) that is subject to some yellowing on curing. This poured material is not pigmented to reduce costs. It is supplied in a buff colour. Used as a levelling or scratch coat for our UV range of poured floors. . It can be applied to substrates with a degree of flexibility. Apply preferably with a plain trowel. It is also possible to use a pin rake/leveller however a spiked roller may be necessary to fully release all trapped air from the material. This waterproof and flexible decorative poured coating when combined with a suitable final seal coat. Specially developed rolled on UV filter matt coats, Coloured roll coatings and Anti Graffiti stain resisting matt coatings can be applied to virtually eliminate the yellowing (see our paints and coating page). This PU poured floor is ideal as a scratch coat for High end residential projects here superior air release is required. Also suitable as a body coat for heavy wear industrial and commercial flooring where UV resistance is of secondary importance to wear. It can be applied at single coat thicknesses of between 2mm and 3mm. Always use a suitable primer.

Poured Polyurethane Coloured Resin SL UV

A two component polyurethane self-smoother (SL) that is UV stable. Available in 28 standard stock colours or to match RAL or other colour systems. With a hardness of shore 40 this PU poured floor is ideal for domestic and light to medium commercial floors and can be applied at single coat thicknesses between 1mm and 2mm which determines longevity. Always use with a suitable primer. This waterproof and flexible decorative poured coating when combined with a suitable final matt seal coat is soft to the touch, hard wearing, easily cleaned and quiet to walk on. It can be applied to substrates with a degree of flexibility. Apply preferably with a flat trowel. It is also possible to use a pin rake/leveler or notched trowel however a spiked roller may be necessary. Designed for the application of single or duo colours. Use 1.6kg/mm/m2 or 1.5 – 2mm/ m2

Poured Polyurethane Coloured Resin SL Gold

A two-component aromatic polyurethane self-smoother (SL) that is subject to some yellowing on curing. A specially developed rolled on UV filter matt coat (PUW UV Filter Coat + PUW UV Filter & Anti Stain Coating) can be applied to virtually eliminate the yellowing (see our paints and coating page). Available in 28 standard stock colours or any RAL colour . This PU poured floor is ideal for medium to heavy wear commercial flooring and can be applied at single coat thicknesses of between 2mm and 3mm. Always use a suitable primer. It can also be used as a levelling or scratch coat for our UV range of poured floors. This waterproof and flexible decorative poured coating when combined with a suitable final seal coat is very hard wearing, easily cleaned and quiet to walk on. It can be applied to substrates with a degree of flexibility. Apply preferably with a plain trowel. It is also possible to use a pin rake/leveler however a spiked roller may be necessary.

Epoxy Scratch or Leveling SL Resin

A non-pigmented two component, solvent free epoxy SL used to smooth an uneven or rough substrate prior to application of a PU or Epoxy colour coating or poured (SL) floor. Apply to a grease and dust free dry solid substrate. Prime using a suitable epoxy primer. This scratch coat can be applied onto a suitable wet or touch dry primer. Use can vary dependent on substrate. Ensure all pinholes and marks are filled and /or sanded before application of a further colour coating. Apply any colour coating within 24 hours of application of the scratch coat otherwise abrade to achieve a key for the colour coat. A flexible PU non yellowing colour coat can be used to finish this material. Apply using a flat trowel only. Overlap spike roller as work progresses. For flexible surfaces use our PUSL Gold unpigmented. Use 1.77kg/mm/m2 or 0.5-1.5mm/m2.

Epoxy Coloured Poured or Self Smoothing SL (Pigmented)

3C

A very hard wearing three component pigmented epoxy poured material with excellent flow and de-aerating properties. Ideal for virtually all industrial and commercial areas. Available in 28 standard stock colours or to match RAL or other colour systems. A very flat non-porous substrate will give a perfect finish with this material. Level the concrete subsurface with our epoxy scratch coat firs. Once the scratch coat is absolutely flat and pin hole free then the coloured 3C poured resin can be applied. Apply with a pin rake of the appropriate size and de-aerate carefully with a spiked roller. Apply our matt coating to reduce the visible effects of scratching and abrasion. Specially developed rolled on UV filter matt coats, Coloured roll coatings and Anti-Graffiti stain resisting gloss coatings can be applied to virtually eliminate the yellowing (see our paints and coating page. Use 1.2 – 4kg/m2.

2C

A two component gloss epoxy, solvent free, coloured self-smoothing poured floor. Available in 28 standard stock colours or to match RAL or other colour systems. This system is designed as a thinner coat system for ultra-flat substrates or for recoating old epoxy self-smoothers. Otherwise apply a suitable primer and scratch coat to achieve a smooth sub surface. It has a minimum coat thickness of 1mm. This poured system can also be used in conjunction with our epoxy scratch coat. Some UV discolouration will occur after time. Use our PU matt, UV filter or specially developed anti stain coatings coat to eliminate these effects. Our rolled matt coats with anti-slip powders added will increase slip resistance substantially (Available in two grades of anti-slip). Use 1.60kg/mm/m2 or 1-1.5mm/m2.
